Land & Water Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the Municipality and the building in which we operate are located on the Treaty 1 territory, which is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. 

We acknowledge that our water is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, which is part of the Treaty 3 territory.
