UPDATES REGARDING OPERATIONS
If you currently have a file with our office, please be advised that lawyers are permitted to carry on business after April 1, 2020 and I will continue operating and working. If you have any questions or concerns about your file, please call or e-mail me.
I will continue our COVID-19 protocol of restricting personal meetings to ONLY absolutely required meetings, such as for verification of identity in-person and witnessing documents. If an in-person meeting is required, you will be required to answer our COVID-19 questionnaire prior to the meeting and I will be practicing social distancing and other safety precautions.
Remote Meetings & Conversations
Phones still work and today’s technology allows us to do a lot of things remotely. If we need to discuss your matter or otherwise connect with you, we can do so by telephone or by video conference. I have several video conferencing options available, including an encrypted video conferencing platform or (at your choice) Zoom, WhatsApp, or Signal. If you would like to utilize any of these options, please let me know and I will make appropriate arrangements. Not everything can be done by telephone or video conference (e.g. Wills, Declarations, and certain other documents must still be signed in-person). If we need to meet in-person, you will be required to answer our COVID-19 questionnaire prior to the meeting and I will be practicing social distancing and other safety precautions. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or e-mail me.
